At INFINITE VIDA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligible Returns
- All products purchased from www.infinitephilippinesshop.com are eligible for return, provided they are in their original, unused condition with the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Certain items, such as final sale products, and opened beauty/personal care items, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item(s) back.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is being returned due to our error or is defective.
